The Sorting Plant Chiajna
The sorting plant Chiajna is located in the NW area of Bucharest (Chiajna locality) at about 8 km from motorway A1 (Pitesti - Bucharest). The plant Chiajna is designed to perform the treating and the sorting of the waste from the deposit. The annual capacity of the plant is about. 120,000 tons /year and waste fractions are: paper-cardboard, plastic, PET, metal, etc.
The equipments of sorting plant Chiajna include: belt conveyor - rubber and metallic plates magnetic separators type DNP115/150,baler type HPK 50 BSK, baler type MAC 110, sorting cabin for 2 x 12 sorting posts placed, open containers acc. to DIN 30 722, separator with the discs, bags opener type SR IV - DA -016, belt conveyors equipped with magnetic drum type PLP 32/125, VHG, automatic installation of air-conditioning - ventilation, electronic installation for monitoring and control, type SCADA, and others.
