Mechanical Biological Treatment Plant (MBT) Prahova
The Mechanical Biological Treatment Plant Prahova is located in the area Moara Noua, about 9 km away from Ploiesti city and is dimensioned for a capacity of 146.960 to / year, functional 260 days in two shifts of 8 hours.
MBT Prahova plant is structured on two similar technological lines and includes equipments:
- belts conveyors horizontal and inclined (S.C. Adarco Invest Petrosani),
- shredders type HL 1222 E/S (Husmann GmbH),
- magnetic separators type DNP 100/155-HGT (Gantry SGM),
- rotary screens Ø 2500 x 6000/8000 mm (S.CAdarco Invest Petrosani),
- automatic system for transfer containers (S.C. Adarco Invest Petrosani),
- containers 28 and 40 mc according to DIN 30722 (S.C. Adarco Invest Petrosani),
- electric control and monitoring SCADA (S.C. Electropromex Petrosani).
